America’s Secret
Supersonic Seven

A New Space-Based Cold War Is Raging, and China and Russia Are Winning. But America Has An Ace Up Its Sleeve.

A Small Company That’s Barely Two Years Old, Yet It’s Been Awarded Millions of Dollars In Government Defense Contracts and Boasts A Client List That Includes Blue Origin.

It’s So Secret, Few On Wall Street Know It Exists.

ROGER:

Just off shuttle landing runway 33 at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center…

A small, privately-owned company has quietly secured an inconspicuous hangar alongside SpaceX and Blue Origin…

Where only a handful of companies are authorized to perform space launches.

On the outside it’s an ordinary hangar, but what’s inside is anything but.

Because inside, this small company is housing seven secret weapons that are so important to the future of America’s national defense…

It’s been awarded millions of dollars in government defense contracts.

And it boasts a client list that’s a veritable “who’s who” of the aerospace industry…

Including global multi-national companies such as GE, Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman, and even Blue Origin itself.

Not to mention the Air Force Research Lab and the Department of Defense.

In the next few minutes, you will see why this little-known company could play a major role in the future of America’s military dominance…

Why it could launch it from a multi-million dollar company now to over $1.6 billion…

Roger Michaslki

And exactly why it’s so important to get in now — before Wall Street and most other investors know it exists, and while the biggest gains are possible.

Hi, I’m Roger Michalski.

I’ve been the publisher at Eagle Financial Publications since I started it over 20 years ago…

And what I’m about to share with you is one of the most compelling stories I’ve come across, and also one of the most important for every freedom-loving American.

Roger Michaslki

That’s why I’ve asked legendary “technology prophet” George Gilder to join me.

George has made his fortune by being at the forefront of the greatest technological breakthroughs of our time, long before most people see them coming.

That’s why many of the world’s smartest, and most influential, people trust George to provide them with the most profitable foresight in the world.

People like Eric Schmidt, former Google CEO…

Bill Gates, founder of Microsoft…

The late Steve Jobs, founder of Apple…

Roger Michaslki

And even two former U.S. presidents.

We’re also joined by George’s longtime colleague, John Schroeter.

John is a serial entrepreneur, an award-winning author, and a technology expert with more than a dozen patents spanning the semiconductor, AI and communication fields.

He’s also the publisher of the iconic Popular Electronics, Mechanix Illustrated, and Popular Astronomy magazines I remember so fondly from my childhood.

Gentlemen, thanks so much for joining me today.

GEORGE:

Thank you Roger, I’m thrilled to be here.

JOHN:

Yes, thank you, I’ve been looking forward to this.

ROGER:

Gentleman, this story has all the makings of a Tom Clancy spy novel.

A dangerous, high stakes game of political intrigue and international espionage.

Only the stakes in this story are very real, and its outcome will ultimately decide the fate of America, and everyone in it — possibly, for generations to come.

It’s also an opportunity for a handful of savvy investors make a lot of money.

GEORGE:

High stakes, indeed.

I’m reminded of a cold war-era action thriller released in 1982 called Firefox.

It starred Clint Eastwood as an ex-military pilot called to active duty for a secret mission.

Roger Michaslki

One that had him sneaking into Russia to steal a supersonic Soviet warplane far more advanced than anything being used by the NATO alliance.

Well, fast forward to 2024…

And this fictional account could just as easily represent the world today.

Because when it comes to advanced military technology like hypersonic weapons and stealth satellite killers, China and Russia have leapfrogged the west…

While America has fallen dangerously far behind its adversaries.

ROGER:

Yes, in fact…

A recent Wall Street Journal headline put it this way:

“Hypersonic Missiles Are Game-Changers, and America Doesn’t Have Them — The U.S. military is pouring resources into the superfast weapons but has struggled to develop them. China and Russia are far ahead.”

And Air & Space Forces Magazine recently reported:

“SPACECOM Alarmed as China, Russia, Iran, and N. Korea Forge Closer Ties in Space” and “SPACECOM Boss Warns China Is Moving ‘Breathtakingly Fast’”

Even America’s top military brass are concerned about China’s rapid development of advanced weapons that threaten U.S. space capabilities.

During a recent trip to the Indo-Pacific in April, the new head of U.S. Space Command — General Stephen N. Whiting — commented:

“Over the last six years [China] have tripled the number of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance satellites on orbit, and they have used their space capabilities to improve the lethality, the precision, and the range of their terrestrial forces. That obviously is a cause for concern, and something that we are watching very, very closely.”

GEORGE:

Yes, and I think those headlines grossly understate the situation.

The frightening reality is, America is already embroiled in a dangerous new space-based cold war — and so far, America is losing.

China has been testing advanced hypersonic technologies since at least 2015.

They just never really flexed their muscles until October 2019 when they unveiled the Dongfeng-17 hypersonic missile at the National Day Parade in Beijing.

JOHN:

Now for the sake of our audience…

Supersonic refers to anything traveling faster than the speed of sound, or Mach 1.

While hypersonic is generally defined as anything traveling faster than five times the speed of sound, or Mach 5.

GEORGE:

Right — thank you, John.

Now the DF-17 was specifically designed for high-speed, long-range strikes.

It’s equipped with what’s known as a hypersonic glide vehicle, or HGV — a type of advanced missile delivery system capable of speeds greater than Mach 5.

So it’s significantly faster than a cruise missile, thus greatly reducing time to target.

JOHN:

And unlike a ballistic missile — which follows a predictable parabolic trajectory — HGVs are designed to travel closer to the ground and move unpredictably…

So they’re hard to detect, and difficult to intercept, with modern-day defense systems.

ROGER:

Yes, the DF-17 alarmed a lot of people.

But as I recall, that was merely the opening act.

GEORGE:

Yes, in fact…

China’s real “shot across the bow” to the world came in July and August of 2021.

That’s when it field-tested a nuclear-capable HGV involving a sophisticated maneuver in which a projectile is fired from it during flight.

Launched by Beijing over the South China Sea, it reportedly traveled at speeds exceeding Mach 20 — or more than 15,000 miles an hour.

At that speed, it’s capable of reaching anywhere on the globe in less than an hour.

The missile traveled through low-Earth orbit… circled the globe… and dropped a HGV that glided all the way back to China, striking a target in China.

Its shocking capabilities highlighted China’s swift progress in hypersonic weapons.

ROGER:

Yes, I have something on that right here…

In speaking of the tests, Air Force General John Hyten — former vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff — admitted the U.S. had fallen behind in hypersonic technology.

Saying that while the U.S. military is also developing hypersonic weapons…

China appears to have taken the lead with “hundreds of hypersonic tests” carried out in the past five years, while the U.S. conducted just nine.

He also noted that while China had already deployed a medium-range hypersonic weapon, the U.S. was “a few years from fielding its first one.”

GEORGE:

That’s right, while the U.S. has dragged its feet…

China has increased its weapons capabilities with shocking speed.

In April 2022, it test-fired a missile that the Naval News identified as the hypersonic YJ-21 anti-ship ballistic missile, which it reported as a significant advancement.

Naval News said the YJ-21 arguably makes the Chinese Renhai-class destroyer that it was launched from the most heavily armed warship in the world.

Then in April 2023, an intelligence leak revealed China had successfully tested a new intermediate-range ballistic missile equipped with a HGV.

Designated the DF-27, it allegedly flew for 12 minutes across more than 1,300 miles.

JOHN:

Now that one can reportedly reach the so-called Second Island Chain — which includes Guam — and fly as far as Hawaii, penetrating U.S. missile defenses.

According to the Pentagon, it poses a particular threat to U.S. aircraft carriers.

ROGER:

This is scary stuff…

And China isn’t the only one of our adversaries that’s making speedy progress, is it?

GEORGE:

No, it certainly isn’t.

Russia has done numerous test launches of its Tsirkon hypersonic cruise missile.

Designed to be fired from both surface ships and submarines, it can reportedly reach speeds of Mach 9 with a range of 1,000 km.

Then there is the Avangard, a hypersonic glide vehicle with speeds of up to Mach 27.

That’s an astounding 27 times the speed of sound or more than 20,500 miles per hour.

Launched atop an inter-continental ballistic missile, it glides to its target at hypersonic speeds — making it highly maneuverable and difficult to intercept.

Then there is the Kh-47 Kinzhal air-launched hypersonic missile, known as the Dagger.

It’s launched from a MiG-31K fighter plane and can reportedly reach speeds of Mach 10 with a range of 2,000 km.

Both the Avangard and the Kinzhal have allegedly struck targets in Ukraine.

ROGER:

So to put it bluntly…

China and Russia have both fielded hypersonic weapons — the U.S. hasn’t.

GEORGE:

It doesn’t get any simpler than that.

If this new “axis of evil” continues to outpace America and its allies in military technology, the results will be nothing short of catastrophic.

Don’t get me wrong… America’s military is still the most powerful in the world.

But hypersonic missiles give our adversaries the power to challenge that superiority…

By evading early warning systems that are designed to detect attacks — and by striking U.S. naval assets, including aircraft carriers and key military bases abroad.

Even the most advanced U.S. warship in the South China Sea could be defenseless.

JOHN:

When you look at today’s missile technologies, it’s easy to see why.

Ballistic missiles can travel at hypersonic speeds, but they follow a predictable flight path so they are easier to intercept.

Cruise missiles like the U.S. Tomahawk can maneuver in flight, but travel more slowly.

Hypersonic missiles, however, combine extreme speed with the ability to fly at low altitude and maneuver in flight, so they’re far more difficult to spot by radar or satellite…

And nearly impossible to intercept with today’s missile defense systems.

GEORGE:

In fact, we’re at least 10 years away from having a missile defense system that’s capable of intercepting a hypersonic missile.

This is a stark reality that’s finally lit a fire under U.S. lawmakers to play catch up…

With a significant increase to the DoD’s budget for hypersonic weapons development.

ROGER:

I have the numbers right here…

For fiscal year 2021, the Pentagon budgeted just $3.2 billion for hypersonic research.

By 2023, the budget for hypersonics jumped to $4.7 billion — a nearly 47% increase.

And for fiscal year 2024, its defense budget request was the largest ever and cited the “seriousness” of the threats posed by China and Russia.

Now, the Pentagon declined to put a specific number on hypersonic research…

But it earmarked $11 billion for long-range fires, which includes hypersonic weapons.

That’s a pretty big bump.

GEORGE:

Yes, it is — and my research tells me it’s just the beginning.

It also tells me this small company is well positioned to receive a significant portion of it.

ROGER:

So tell us… what did you find?

GEORGE:

Well Roger, as you know, I’ve been doing this for over 40 years.

I’ve had the great fortune of working with the world’s financial and political elite — including billionaire entrepreneurs… venture capitalists… and even U.S. presidents.

So I’ve built an extensive network, with tentacles reaching into just about every industry on the planet — and I often hear of new technologies well before others.

What I unearthed here is one of the most intriguing stories I’ve ever come across.

You see, normally this investment capital would flow into the big defense contractors.

ROGER:

You’re talking Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Boeing — the big guys.

GEORGE:

Yes, precisely.

But because the U.S. is so far behind the eight ball on this one, the Pentagon is being forced to cast a much wider net.

They need innovation now — not next year, or five years from now.

ROGER:

So that means casting a net over lots of smaller, more nimble companies with innovative new ideas that can also move quickly…

Not big, clumsy, slow-moving goliaths.

JOHN:

It’s also sort of an “all hands on deck” moment.

Think of it as crowdfunding applied to research and development — the bigger the pool of talent you have to pull from, the faster you can innovate…

And that’s precisely what the U.S. needs now when it comes to hypersonic research.

ROGER:

And this is one of those companies?

GEORGE:

Well, sort of…

I mean, you have to be pretty special to set up shop next to SpaceX and Blue Origin, just steps from where the iconic space shuttle was launched.

But this small company doesn’t actually do hypersonic research itself.

It has something that the U.S. military — and virtually every one of the companies that is doing hypersonic research and development — needs to do their job.

And it’s the only company in the world I know of that’s doing what they do.

ROGER:

Ok George, now I’m confused.

GEORGE:

Let me explain…

Hypersonic weapons are notoriously difficult and costly to develop.

The heat generated while traveling at faster than a mile a second exceeds 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit, which is beyond the limit of most materials.

This heat build-up can also block electromagnetic signals…

So if you want to be able to hit a moving target, you need to have a radar or camera seeker that’s able to survive in these kinds of environments.

Plus, the maneuverability is particularly challenging.

A slight targeting error is quickly amplified over large distances.

JOHN:

You also have a relatively small projectile that needs to carry a whole lot of fuel to be able to reach such extreme speeds.

ROGER:

So we’re talking about extraordinarily sophisticated engineering.

GEORGE:

Indeed, we are…

And what is the central linchpin to any sort of research and development?

What is the one thing that’s needed, more than almost anything else, before hypersonic weapons can be fully operational on the battlefield?

ROGER:

Well… testing, of course.

GEORGE:

That’s right.

Every single part… every single component… must be tested under conditions that fully replicate the unique aerodynamic stresses of hypersonic flight.

And that’s where this gets interesting…

Because the accepted process for aerodynamic testing that the U.S. military industrial complex has relied on since World War II is the use of ground-based wind tunnels.

But it’s a process that’s cripplingly slow and absurdly expensive.

ROGER:

And this company has a solution?

GEORGE:

Yes… in fact, they’ve taken a page right out of the Israeli playbook.

You see, I’ve written extensively about Israel’s sudden rise as a world capitalist and its significant role in global technological advancement.

Microsoft, Google, IBM, Intel — they’ve all benefited from Israeli innovation.

But more importantly, Israel has demonstrated an ability to rapidly innovate in military technology and develop systems that are crucial for national defense.

This includes the Iron Dome, David’s Sling, and new laser-based defense technologies.

Israel takes the most practical approach to everything and they never waste money.

To an Israeli, wasting time or money is a sacrilege — and this company has infused that philosophy into everything they do.

ROGER:

Ok George, so tell us — what is this company’s superpower?

What are they doing that’s so special they’ve been given unprecedented access to the Kennedy Space Center, right alongside SpaceX and Blue Origin?

GEORGE:

Well, this company came up with a brilliant alternative to wind tunnels.

It’s a deceptively simple one that gives hypersonic developers, both military and private, the capability to conduct multiple tests in rapid fire succession…

More efficiently and effectively than any ground-based wind tunnel ever could.

They acquired a fleet of seven American single-engine, supersonic interceptors from the Italian Air Force and retrofitted them with special upgrades…

To create what is essentially a state-of-the-art, airborne hypersonic research platform.

Developed in the 1950s for the Cold War, these jetfighters featured a radical design that made them incredibly lightweight, with maximum altitude and climb performance.

This specially-equipped fleet can fly to Mach 2 — and then launch a rocket past Mach 5 to simulate the demands, tolerances and performance of a real-world environment.

It’s the only commercial supersonic fleet that’s capable of speeds greater than Mach 2.

ROGER:

So they’ve taken this classic technology, which was super advanced during its time, and repurposed it into a new space-age application.

GEORGE:

Absolutely!

Insiders are calling this test-ready fleet a “wind tunnel in the sky.”

These Cold War heroes are serving an important new role by giving hypersonic developers a faster, low-cost way to perform tests at high altitude.

So they can collect critical data from a real-world environment… get it back to the ground to study it… then use it to rapidly mature new technologies.

What’s more, it’s a way for them to do it repeatedly over a longer period of time.

ROGER:

This is a fascinating story, George.

JOHN:

As far as investments go, it’s a story every investor needs to pay attention to.

In fact, we visited the company’s headquarters at Kennedy Space Center not too long ago and it happened to be on the same day Mike Pompeo was visiting.

Now most people probably know Mike as Secretary of State under President Trump.

But prior to being appointed Secretary of State, he served as Director of the CIA.

Mike was walking around, kicking the tires, and I’ll never forget what he said:

“America’s military dominance, its capacity to deter our adversaries, is always only temporary. The gap in hypersonic capability is a crisis for the United States of America. [This company] has the capability to close this gap in a time period that matters for the United States of America.”

He then went on to say…

“I am convinced [this company] will deliver great outcomes for the American people in terms of productivity and creativity, and great outcomes that will protect my family and yours in the years and decades ahead.”

That’s a big testament to the vital work this company is doing.

GEORGE:

Yes, and I want to interject here — because the context is important…

Mike graduated first in his class from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

He received his law degree from Harvard University.

He served in the U.S. Army’s 4th Infantry Division as a tank platoon leader.

He co-founded Thayer Aerospace, an aerospace manufacturer, where he served as CEO for more than a decade.

He served three terms as a Congressman for the state of Kansas.

And then he served as both the Director of the CIA and the Secretary of State.

So this is a guy that’s literally “been there, done that.”

JOHN:

Yes, exactly.

When you become Director of the CIA, you get read into a lot of top secret programs others aren’t privy to, so he’s uniquely familiar with what’s out there.

It’s also important to understand, this isn’t just about the defense of our country.

The market for commercial applications of hypersonic technology is enormous too.

You have the aviation market, projected to exceed $550 billion by 2032…

Space exploration, $1.4 trillion by 2030…

Telecommunications, $2.7 trillion by 2028…

Logistics, $15 trillion by 2032…

And that’s just to name a few.

ROGER:

And this isn’t even all this company does.

GEORGE:

Oh no, not by a long shot.

Right now there’s a new cold war raging in space — and once again, China and Russia are working at a fever pitch to topple America’s superiority.

In the last two years alone, China has placed over 200 satellites into orbit each year.

More than half of those satellites are designed to spy on American, Japanese and Australian forces operating in the western Pacific.

JOHN:

China’s anti-satellite weapons are even more sinister.

This includes “grappling” satellites that can grab and tow other satellites out of orbit…

Powerful ground-based lasers that use a phenomenon called “laser dazzling” to flood the optical sensors of orbiting satellites and disable them…

And even what’s referred to as a “nesting doll” satellite, which is really creative.

It’s a satellite that opens up to reveal a smaller satellite inside, which then opens up to reveal a projectile that’s capable of destroying nearby satellites.

These are weapons that would make a James Bond villain turn green with envy…

And the U.S. Space Force confirms they are being tested by both China and Russia.

GEORGE:

That’s not even the worst of them.

Russia launched a satellite in 2022 that was reportedly designed to test components for an anti-satellite weapon that would carry a nuclear device.

If detonated, it would decimate every satellite in low-Earth orbit, while likely rendering the entire orbit unusable for up to one year.

They launched a similar satellite on May 16, 2024.

JOHN:

Now that one is truly frightening.

According to Pentagon officials, it was deployed in the same orbit as a U.S. government satellite — so it poses a huge threat to our economic and national security.

A nuclear device could instantly wipe out modern day conveniences like agriculture… transportation… even communications like GPS, cell service and the internet.

ROGER:

So if your goal is to target, and disable, as many satellites as you can…

You might seek this “nuclear option” to fry any satellites within range, while creating a high radiation environment that degrades more satellites over time.

With our reliance on satellites in low-Earth orbit today, that would be cataclysmic.

JOHN:

It’s the perfect satellite killer if you’re going for maximum casualties.

ROGER:

Ok, so tell me George — where does this company fit into all of this?

GEORGE:

Well, this company’s fleet of jetfighters — or the “supersonic seven” as they have come to be called — is not only serving as a hypersonic research platform…

They’re also serving a dual role as a small satellite payload delivery system.

You see, the larger legacy satellites being used by the U.S. and other countries are increasingly vulnerable to Chinese and Russian anti-satellite weapons.

They also take a decade or more to build, so the tech is dated before they get into orbit.

That’s why there is a fast-growing movement toward the use of small satellites.

The U.S. Space Force’s acquisition chief, Frank Calvelli, recently said they will look to buy cheaper, smaller satellites in the future…

Instead of those multi-billion-dollar, delay-prone behemoths.

JOHN:

That makes perfect sense — I mean, newer technology is giving us a whole new generation of satellites that are smaller and smarter.

It used to take 10 years to build a satellite, now they can be built in 10 months.

Of course, that also means more satellites will be launched more frequently — plus, the need for a lot more missions to repair and replace broken and aging satellites.

There’s already a growing backlog to get new satellites into space.

GEORGE:

Yes — in fact, the demand for satellite launches is going parabolic.

Between 2010 and 2021, a total of 5,710 satellites were launched.

Over the next 10 years, it’s estimated more than 38,000 satellites will be launched.

The global satellite as a service market is expected to grow from $2.8 billion in 2023 to over a $22 billion by 2030 — a compound annual growth rate of more than 34%.

ROGER:

George, that’s a stunning growth rate!

Ok, so we know there’s a huge demand… but let me be devil’s advocate for a moment.

Just a few steps away from this small company’s hangar are the massive buildings of SpaceX, Blue Origin, and others — and even NASA’s Vehicle Assembly Building…

Which, of course, is the largest single-story building in the world.

These are multi-billion-dollar companies, with massive structures that are specifically designed to launch satellites and carry other payloads into space.

Why do they need a small company like this one?

GEORGE:

That’s a great question, Roger — here’s why…

Only eight companies are licensed for orbital launch vehicles right now.

This includes SpaceX, Blue Origin and Virgin Galactic whose time is much better spent putting larger payloads into space.

If they do launch a smaller satellite, it’s playing second fiddle to the primary payload.

Frankly, these companies are more interested in building rockets to go to the moon.

So the market for putting small payloads into space is wide open.

JOHN:

Now, that’s a critical point…

Because out of the 38,000 satellites to be launched over the next decade, it’s estimated about 90% of them will be smaller satellites weighing less than 300kg.

GEORGE:

Precisely…

And those smaller satellites are right in this company’s sweet spot.

The way it works is… they use their jetfighters as a reusable, first-stage launch vehicle.

As you saw earlier, these jetfighters can travel at speeds greater than Mach 2.

Once the pilot gets to 45,000 feet they fire off the second stage — a custom-built rocket that travels at a sustained speed of Mach 2 to deliver the payload into space.

It’s quite an ingenious system for launching smaller satellites cheaper, quicker and more often than a company like SpaceX that uses heavy rockets as a first stage.

For example, fuel costs are 10 times cheaper for a jet versus rocket propulsion…

About $20,000 per launch for a jet versus $200,000 for SpaceX’s first stage rocket.

What’s more, these guys can fly a mission… land, refuel and reload with a new payload… and then immediately take off and fly another mission.

ROGER:

That’s quite the competitive edge.

JOHN:

Yes, and it’s estimated those 38,000 satellite launches over the next 10 years will translate to roughly $100 billion in launch revenue.

That’s a heck of a lot of money up for grabs, and these guys only need to lock up a small percentage of it to become a billion-dollar company.

ROGER:

So it’s entirely possible for this company to reach the coveted $1 billion unicorn valuation, just from the satellite launch side of the business alone.

JOHN:

Absolutely, in fact…

When you look at comparable companies, the average valuation of a start-up launch company — once a launch license is obtained and test flights begin — is $1.6 billion.

Now that’s a pre-revenue valuation.

Once they’re fully operational and launch revenues kick in, it can add up fast.

At 100 launches per year, their annual launch revenue would be roughly $200 million.

At 500 launches per year, it would exceed $1 billion dollars in launch revenue.

With their current fleet of jetfighters at Kennedy Space Center, they have the capability of staging over 300 launches per year — so they’re well on their way.

GEORGE:

Yes, and they’ve already been contacted by space ports from Texas all the way to Puerto Rico to set up additional facilities.

They expect to have a second facility targeted by the end of 2024, and for it to be fully operational within 12 to 18 months after that.

Make no mistake: As the only commercial fleet in the world capable of flying at Mach 2 while launching satellites into orbit, this company has a unique advantage.

They’re the first “on demand” delivery solution for small satellite payloads, or what the Pentagon refers to as “assured access”…

So they are, quite literally, in the driver’s seat.

ROGER:

And that’s just the satellite payload side of the business.

GEORGE:

That’s right, it doesn’t include any of the groundbreaking work they’re doing for hypersonic research with the U.S. military and the private sector.

I want be clear here, this isn’t some company that’s going to spend years in the start-up stage… fumbling around in the dark… trying to get proof of concept.

There’s a reason these guys were given valuable real estate at Kennedy Space Center just a hop, skip and a jump away from where the space shuttle launched into history.

They already have proof-of-concept, with proven aircraft and propulsion technology.

JOHN:

And they already boast an impressive client list.

It’s a “who’s who” of the aerospace industry — GE, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, even Blue Origin itself.

And let’s not forget… they’ve already been awarded millions of dollars in government defense contracts, as well.

GEORGE:

Right — including work with NASA and the Department of Defense.

They just announced their first two contracts with the Air Force Research Lab and the DoD’s Defense Innovation Unit to develop and test hypersonic rockets…

Both of which are expected to turn into long-term launch contracts.

So they’ve been vetted and validated, and they have revenue coming in the door.

JOHN:

I think one final thing to point out is…

When we met and spoke with the executive leadership team, I was shocked to hear they don’t do any marketing whatsoever — it’s all by word-of-mouth.

That’s yet another powerful testament to the importance of the work they’re doing.

GEORGE:

It also helps to have influential people like Mike Pompeo excited about what you’re doing and singing your praises.

ROGER:

I agree, all of this makes it an even more compelling story.

In a moment, we’ll tell you how to get the full details on this company, it’s name and all the reasons why we believe it’s such an exciting opportunity.

So you’ll have everything you need to do your due diligence and invest if you choose.

But before we get to that, we need to be clear about something.

This company is still private, so you can’t just buy its stock on a major exchange.

JOHN:

That’s correct, Roger — and that’s why we like this opportunity even more.

It’s no secret that you can reap substantial gains by investing in the right IPO.

But if you’re lucky enough to invest in a blockbuster company before its IPO, that’s where the leverage on your investment can be truly mind boggling.

Consider a little company by the name of Apple.

If you had invested $1,000 in Apple’s IPO on December 12, 1980, it would have bought you 45 shares at its $22 IPO price.

Since then, stock splits would have turned every share into 224 shares…

Multiplying your meager investment into 10,080 shares worth over $2.1 million today.

But if you had invested $1,000 into Apple in 1977 when its first angel investor, Mike Markkula, invested in the company…

You could have enjoyed a profit of 220,552% — turning your small $1,000 investment into $2.2 million in just 3 years, instead of waiting 44 years.

Or consider a tiny company named Amazon.

If you had invested $1,000 in Amazon’s IPO in 1997, it would have bought 55 shares.

Since that time, stock splits have turned every share into 240 shares — growing your tiny stake to 13,200 shares worth over $2.4 million today.

But when Jeff Bezos first sought funding in 1994, it was valued at just $5 million.

His early investors, who were mostly friends and family, invested about $50,000 each.

30 years later, Amazon’s market cap is now $1.9 trillion — giving those early investors a jaw-dropping profit of more than 37 billion percent.

Even if you had only invested $1,000 in 1994 you would still be a billionaire today!

Those are the kinds of gains that can be achieved through private investments.

Every year, average people are making life-changing profits by investing in high-growth private companies just like these — you just have to know where to look.

Apple and Amazon are legends now, but you could once buy them for pennies a share.

ROGER:

So clearly, the lesson here is that the biggest gains go to the early investors — if you wait for the IPO, you could miss out.

JOHN:

That’s right, and it’s important to keep in mind also…

Some of the most successful startups never go public at all, and that means the only way to make money is to buy them when they open up funding.

For example, Sequoia Capital invested $60 million in WhatsApp.

When Facebook acquired the company in 2014, their investment ballooned to $3 billion.

A 5,000% gain.

That’s why, when you find a company like this, you have to invest early — because there may not be another chance.

ROGER:

Got it — so where can folks go to learn everything they need to know about this company and how to invest in it?

JOHN:

We just published a brand-new research report with the full details.

It’s called, The Freedom Fighters: Protecting America’s Global Supremacy In the New Space-Based Cold War.

Roger Michaslki

Inside, you’ll get all the details on this remarkable company — its name, the important work they’re doing with both the public and private sector, and how to invest.

Now, this deserves repeating…

Investing in private companies isn’t like investing in companies that are already public.

It requires more legwork, and you need to know the right people.

But that’s where we come in.

George has a Rolodex packed with venture capitalists, academics, and Wall Street professionals that includes such heavyweights as Steve Forbes and Peter Thiel.

He’s even an investor in Thiel’s venture capital fund, the Founders Fund.

That, plus his multi-decade career of predicting the biggest moves in technology before they arrive, gives you the power to find the highest-probability startups.

The ones with the best chance of making those gains of 5,000%, 10,000% or more.

ROGER:

And that’s why I’m so excited to be working with you on this.

George, I’ve known you for a long time — you’re incredibly modest.

If I had your track record, I’d be inclined to scream it from the rooftops.

When it comes to breakthrough technologies, you more than anyone on the planet have proven your uncanny ability to predict landmark events before they happen.

During the tech boom of the late-90s, you were widely considered the best stock picker in the world due to your ability to forecast new breakthroughs, years in advance.

All the way back in 1994, you forecasted the invention of the iPhone — more than 10 years before its release — and then you did the same thing with Netflix.

You even became the most-quoted living author by Ronald Reagan after tipping the president off to the rise of the silicon microchip in the ’80s.

JOHN:

Yes, and if I might interject…

That’s because George is willing to do things other people won’t.

The reality is most “experts” never meet with the companies they recommend.

We’ve met with this company’s leadership team and scrutinized its operations, so we know this company inside and out and we can see its incredible potential.

But again, it’s important to invest in companies like this when it’s still early, because there’s no guarantee you’ll have a second chance.

And that’s why we’re speaking with everyone today.

Because this company just recently opened another round of funding.

They’re looking to raise another $35 million.

So you have a small window of opportunity to claim your stake if you want it.

ROGER:

And again, full details are inside your new report, The Freedom Fighters: Protecting America’s Global Supremacy In the New Space-Based Cold War.

Roger Michaslki

I’m sure folks are eager to get their hands on it.

And you can when you become a member of Gilder’s Private Reserve.

In Gilder’s Private Reserve, George and his team will take you on a journey through the most exciting developments happening in the world’s private markets.

Gentlemen, I’ve got to tell you I’ve been wanting to create something like this at Eagle for years, and I’m thrilled we finally have the team in place to be able to do it.

And I really do mean the team.

John, you hold a dozen patents in the semiconductor industry, AI and other fields.

You’re also a serial entrepreneur, and you’re launching a company that uses AI and advanced mathematics to make new drug discoveries.

Another member of the team, Richard Vigilante, has 20 years of hedge fund experience and has been working with George since the 1980s.

Another member of your team, Steve Waite, is a nanotechnology researcher with two decades of experience.

He also worked at Morgan Stanley in the ’80s as assistant to the chief economist.

And while he was managing money on Wall Street, he invested in Amazon in 1997 during its IPO, sharing the stage with Jeff Bezos himself.

JOHN:

Yes, Steve is great. He does all our stock valuations for us.

The point is, we really have the best team for this kind of work.

We’re not writing about what we think, we’re writing about what we’ve seen and experienced through our immense network of contacts.

Whether we’re traveling to Israel to advise venture capitalists, or helping the world’s next great entrepreneur make a 21st century wonder material in his laboratory.

GEORGE:

Well Roger, I’m glad you’ve been wanting to do something like this.

Because this is the most exciting project I’ve undertaken since I first started writing the Gilder Technology Report 30 years ago.

In Gilder’s Private Reserve, we open our readers up to a world of the most radical new technologies — before 99% of investors know anything about them.

We’re on the ground, talking to venture capitalists, speaking to business leaders, and even personally funding the next great technology investments.

But I want to make something clear.

This is not a tip sheet.

We won’t publish a new recommendation every month.

The reality is, startups are a dime a dozen — it takes a team with this level of expertise to wade through the thousands of opportunities out there to find the real gems.

Our goal is to recommend a minimum of four private investment opportunities a year.

And oftentimes, we write to you about the companies we’re thinking about investing in months before we actually pull the trigger.

ROGER:

That’s important to know… it’s not about quantity, but quality.

We do deep analysis and only recommend what we consider the best opportunities.

And there’s something else I’ve been eager to tell them.

You guys aren’t just telling them about the best opportunities, you’re working to revolutionize the field of private investing itself.

Can you tell us more about that?

JOHN:

Absolutely… so, you probably know that investing in private companies, historically, has been very difficult.

You needed to invest $1 million, $5 million, or more… and you needed to know the right venture capitalist to be privy and get the deal flow.

Well, I’m happy to say that’s no longer true.

We’ve partnered with the first firm of its kind that uses crowdfunding to give accredited investors access to private markets and venture capital deals at a far lower threshold.

This group gave investors access to companies like Beyond Meat before it listed on the Nasdaq… Lemonade before it went public on the New York Stock Exchange… and CyberX before it was acquired by Microsoft.

They’ve been featured in Forbes, Bloomberg, The Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal — and so far, have raised $1.9 billion for 17,000 businesses in 195 countries.

GEORGE:

The company is led by my favorite venture capitalist, Jonathan Medved.

Jon’s insight was that many startups would avoid Reg A and Reg D funding because they didn’t want to deal with hundreds of small investors, and rightfully so.

So Jon’s company serves as the middleman, dealing with the investors while the companies just deal with Jon and his team.

Jon scrutinizes the heck out of every business that applies to be listed with them.

It’s harder to get into than Harvard, and the payoff’s a lot bigger too.

They also invest in every business they list, just as I will for every company that I recommend in Gilder’s Private Reserve.

ROGER:

I know that’s reassuring to people, because investing in private markets can be very risky — some will go to zero, while others may soar 100 times or more.

JOHN:

That’s why diversification is so important when you invest in private markets.

Ideally, you don’t want to allocate more than 20% of your portfolio to private markets, and never more than 1-2% in any one deal.

Building a portfolio up to 10 companies is the way to go.

ROGER:

And this is Reg A.

For those who aren’t familiar, can you explain what that is?

JOHN:

Reg A allows small companies to sell their shares to the general public, so everyday investors can invest in companies and technologies they believe in.

So startups and crowdfunding platforms can raise money from both accredited and non-accredited investors such as friends, family, users, and community members.

Now I want to be clear… Gilder’s Private Reserve will also include private investment opportunities that are Reg D, which are for accredited investors only.

An accredited investor is someone with a $1 million net worth, not including the money they have in their primary home… or an individual that’s earned $200,000 in each of the past two years… or financial professionals who hold certificates like a Series 7.

For that reason, Gilder’s Private Reserve may not be appropriate for everyone.

But as George said, this isn’t meant to be a tip sheet.

This is an elite publication on the biggest happenings in the private markets, where the next big technologies are happening before most investors know they’re coming.

Where you’ll discover the biggest disruptors and creative drivers of the next 30 years.

That’s why everyone, even if they’re not an accredited investor, should consider joining.

ROGER:

Well said, John.

As a member of Gilder’s Private Reserve, you’ll finally get access to the kind of private placement, pre-IPO, Reg D or Reg A opportunities that can change your life.

Early-in investments with the potential for 10x… 50x… even 100x your money.

Deals like this used to be reserved for Wall Street fat cats and their super rich clients, but Gilder’s Private Reserve members get access to the same great opportunities.

George has over 40 years of experience under his belt weeding through early tech companies — and more importantly, he knows how to spot winners early on.

That’s how his readers were first in on microchips, iPhones and Netflix.

Over the next 12 months, George will share his top four technology start-up investments with you, each one with the potential to make investors rich.

But that’s not all you’ll get as a member of George’s investment family.

The Monthly Dispatch:

Each and every month, you’ll receive a new issue of Gilder’s Private Reserve.

In it, you’ll get George and his team’s research and analysis of current market conditions and the technology sector.

So you’ll be privy to where George is looking next, which technological innovations are worth investigating, and any new recommendations he makes.

Private Trade Alerts:

When it’s time to enter a new position, you’ll receive a special trade alert by email and text with precise instructions telling you how to take advantage of the opportunity.

The VIP Concierge Desk:

If you ever have questions, our concierge team is standing by to help you.

We’ve also reserved your own personal customer liaison at the special firm where you’ll place these investments.

We’ll walk you through everything.

Special Deals with Jon Medved’s Company:

George mentioned earlier a company that many of our deals are made through.

What he didn’t mention is we have partnered with them to give Gilder’s Private Reserve members special benefits.

24/7 Website Access:

Your full membership benefits are available on our website whenever you like.

You can also read new issues of Gilder’s Private Reserve to stay up-to-date with the latest action, or review past issues you may have missed.

You can login any time — day or night — to get the latest, most up-to-date information.

When you become a member of Gilder’s Private Reserve, you get full VIP treatment!

I hope you’re as impressed with George and his team as I am.

Whether you’ve been following George for decades or are new to his work, you’ll be privy to experience, insights and connections that no one else has.

GEORGE:

By the way, both John and Steve are also formidable guitarists.

I only mention that, because that sort of creativity is one of the missing ingredients that so many businesses and business leaders lack.

The greatest discoveries come out of bursts of creativity.

That’s why we sing in the shower, or get our best ideas on a long walk, and it’s why I still run almost five miles a day.

That joy… that passion… they’re at the heart of every entrepreneurial effort.

And they’re exactly what we bring to our research.

Gilder’s Private Reserve is the biggest endeavor I’ve ever launched.

I’m excited to have you as a new member!

ROGER:

Well, you heard him… this is your chance to team up with George in the most exciting project of his 40 year career.

But I should be clear, access to Gilder’s Private Reserve isn’t cheap.

This is your chance at opportunities once reserved for billionaire venture capitalists — and considering the nature of startups, there simply isn’t room for everyone.

George has received fees as high as $100,000 for a single speech.

And Gilder’s Private Reserve is his most exclusive research to date.

So frankly… $100,000 for this level of access would be reasonable.

But don’t worry, we’re not going to ask you to pay that.

To open this opportunity up to as many folks as possible, George and I have set the price for Gilder’s Private Reserve at just $5,995 per year.

You can join at that price anytime after today.

However, George and I have also agreed to give you a very special opportunity to join as a Founding Member for a special price.

You can join Gilder’s Private Reserve today for a full 60% off the regular price.

Just $2,495 for a one year membership.

Or if you prefer, you can join us today for just $699 per quarter.
